YGAM Innovation Ltd. and Betknowmore UK offer a range of corporate training programmes for those working in or with the gambling and gaming sector as either a certificated or qualification on completion, accredited by genuine UK-approved awarding bodies, Pearson and City & Guilds. The content has been developed in partnership with the gambling and gaming industry to ensure it is accurate in content as well as beneficial for professional colleagues who undertake the actual training, whether new to the industry or looking to build on current knowledge, skills and competences.

We use a blended approach to deliver up to date training to meet these components:
Knowledge and Understanding
the Apprentice will have access to our online learning academy where they will complete a series of learning challenges. They will have access to support through our Apprenticeship Coaches, webinars and group forums.
Skills
The Apprentice will follow their individual learning plan to practise and develop the skills required by their job role through job shadowing, guided practise and observed job performance.
Behaviours
The Apprentice will develop the right behaviours through the learning academy and through the skills practice.
There will be regular Apprentice support and guidance by an appointed YGAM Innovation Ltd. Apprenticeship Coach, who will prepare the apprentice for their end point assessment at the end of their training.
Who’s involved:
The employer – supports the apprentice to completion
The Training Provider (YGAM Innovation Ltd.) – develops and oversees the training plan and recruits apprentices
The Mentor – a colleague of the apprentice who supports and guides them through the apprenticeship
The YGAM Innovation Ltd. Apprenticeship Coach – delivers the training package and prepares the apprentice for end point assessment
The End Point Assessor – an independent appointed assessor who assesses and grades the apprentice upon completion of their apprenticeship training
